SPAR Solutions’ Story
A forged path leads to opportunity

SPAR Solutions co-founders Swami and Raju Ganapathy aren’t related but they’re always on the same page. They met at their IBM consulting jobs in the late 1990s and bonded while assisting on a transformational project in the automotive industry for DaimlerChrysler.
For six years, the two helped transform DaimlerChrysler’s contact centers. Along the way, they recognized a need in the industry for companies looking for reliable partners who really understood the contractor space and could deliver great customer service experiences.
Early Success
One of their first projects together was to help KANA Software (now part of Verint) fix a major roadblock for one of their clients. “We solved a problem that had been unsolved for a few weeks in a couple of hours. That was a very enjoyable win. And it never stopped after that.”
Global expansion
In 2009, as SPAR expanded its client base, SPAR recognized the need to expand globally and invested into developing a delivery center in Pune, India. Alok Saxena, with 20 years of IT experience in various industry sectors, joined SPAR as a Managing Partner to start the new delivery center to service SPAR’s global needs with an emphasis on APAC and EMEA. In 2010, SPAR moved its headquarters to Atlanta, Georgia. SPAR implements projects not just the USA, but also across Europe, Australia, Asia and the Middle East.
Building on the success of client engagements and positive references, SPAR has been adding Fortune 500 companies such as Cox Communications, Hartford, TDAmeritrade, Charter and more as clients and has grown to more than 80 employees globally.

Maintaining high standards
No matter how much the company has grown, the leadership at SPAR have always prioritized the approach of encouraging individual thinking and creativity, while always coming together as a team to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.
“It’s taking a bunch of talented individuals and getting them to collaborate and do greater things,” Raju said. Our people create value for our customers and are completely responsible for SPAR’s success. (alternately are an integral part of SPAR’s mission.)
“What our clients find as they work with us is that we pride excellent delivery over profitability,” Raju said. “The monetary aspect of the business is far less critical. What is more important to us is that we deliver well.
